On a cool fall Saturday afternoon, 26 adult Mill Creek Towne neighbors gathered on October 10th in the backyard of Mary Anne Hardy and Larry Adkins’ home on Blanchard Drive to relax and catch up with old friends and make some new ones.
These folks not only enjoyed each other’s company, but also savory and sweet snacks including charcuterie, cheese, crackers, dips, fruit, hummus, and raspberry almond treats. There were also non-alcoholic beverages and a variety of delicious wines that attendees brought to share with their neighbors.
It was great to see some new faces. Thanks to our always hospitable hosts, to our Social Committee and to all those who joined us and helped make this 9th Mill Creek Village annual event another great success!
The Village is also grateful to our wonderful donors and business sponsors who help us put on these events and assist our elderly and disabled neighbors without charging the participants any fees or dues.
The Wine & Cheese Party was the final “official” event of the eight yearly events the village held in 2026 to promote a socially connected, caring community. We will be hosting a special “Pop Up” Paint Party on Saturday, November 7th from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. We hope to see you then!
